WHAT TO EXPECT...

GDI Camps are notoriously challenging and that's why people keep coming back! We maximize each stage of development from Novice to the Junior level.

​

We operate in a low ratio environment and fully utilize the entire ice time. Goaltenders who are not in the net with an experienced GDI Coach will be working on skating and movement at our Movement Station.

​

Your off-ice training follows the same hard-working principles and we target specific areas depending on your Progression. Goalie-specific vision and hand-eye training, mental training and yoga/mobility training are the types of off-ice components at our Camps.

You will work hard, but you will have a ton of fun working with our great team, while embracing the grind and making lasting friendships.
